Recovery Solutions was created through the merger of two companies with extensive backgrounds in financial services:

Mayes Modular Banks: an active and successful business venture of Jack Mayes for over 35 years.

Recovery Solutions: a newly formed company conceived by Richard T. Lavin.

Mayes Modular Banks (MMB) leased fully furnished modular structures on a short and intermediate term basis, primarily to bankers for temporary branch facilities. In its 35 years, Jack Mayes and MMB have served well over 1,200 banking clients.

Recovery Solutions (RS) was formed in 2005 through the passion and vision of Richard T. Lavin, its Founder and President. Advances in technology gave Rick the opportunity to design an extremely innovative Disaster Recovery / Business Resumption solution for financial institutions.

Our vision takes advantage of technological advances
Recovery Solutions was among the first to recognize and take advantage of technological advancements in mobile business resumption, offering clients a state-of-the-art turnkey solution to assure business continuity in the event of a catastrophe.

The key component of our solution – a sophisticated satellite based communications system – simply was not available before 2005. The Virtual Private Network was not adopted as an industry standard by core service providers prior to 2005.
